This Peacock Applique Amish Quilt with Border measures 102 x 114 inches  to fit your King or Queen bed.  From the heart of the Pennsylvania Dutch, Lancaster County PA, this beautiful handquilted Peacock Quilt has approximately 7 to 8 handquilted stitches per inch. The Peacock is sewn in a variety of blues, from azure to navy, with his glorious tail in azure blue and green, all on a creamy ivory background.

As you drive around the Pennsylvania rural areas, you can sometimes spot a small cage attached to the larger barn, where the prized Peacocks and peahens are housed.  Their iridescent green and blue plumage is depicted in this lovely Peacock Applique Amish Quilt.
