If your Amish quilt or other item does not suit you, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original resalable condition. It must be free from stains, odors, damage, alterations, and signs of wear, with all original packaging included.

Please do not machine wash, hand wash, dry clean, or spot-treat a quilt you intend to return.

Inspect Promptly

Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us right away with any concerns. Need more time? Let us know when you order, and we will extend your inspection window.

How Returns Are Evaluated

Once we receive a returned item, we inspect and photograph it to confirm that it meets the condition requirements above.

If the item qualifies, we will refund the purchase price, less our original cost to ship it to you.
If the item does not qualify—for example, if it shows staining, damage, odor, washing, or use—we cannot issue a refund. We will contact you with photographs documenting the issue. The item will then be shipped back to you at your expense unless we mutually agree to another resolution.

Shipping It Back

Please insure your return shipment and repack the item in its original packaging (unscented bag + box). We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. The bag is necessary to keep the item dry in transit.
