14-Day Return Window
If your Amish Quilt (or other item) doesn't suit you, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original re-saleable condition: no stains, odors, damage, alterations, or signs of wear, with all original packaging included.
Please do not attempt to machine wash, hand wash, dry clean, or spot-treat a quilt you intend to return
Inspect Promptly
Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us right away with any concerns. Need more time? Let us know when you order and we'll extend your inspection window.
How Returns Are Evaluated
Once we receive a returned item, we inspect and photograph it to confirm it meets the condition requirements above.
- If the item qualifies, we'll refund the purchase price (less our original cost to ship it to you).
- If the item does not qualify — for example, it shows staining, damage, odor, or signs of washing or use — we are unable to issue a refund. We'll contact you with photos documenting the issue, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense, unless we mutually agree to another resolution.
Shipping It Back
Please insure your return shipment and repack the item in its original packaging. We're not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
