Kaleidoscope Patchwork Amish Quilt with Border measures 106 x 116 inches to fit your King size bed. Varying fabrics make up this Kaleidoscope Star Patchwork Amish Quilt with burgundy and navy framing the huge central star.  There are approximately 5 handquilted stitches per inch.

PLEASE NOTE:  the burgundy border in this quilt is not quite as red as the computer shows in the closeup photos. The closest coloring is shown in the  photos that show the entire quilt.

The Amish Quilter helps to supplement her husbands farm income with quilting and selling her homemade jams and pies.  Since the larger meal is eaten at noon, she can settle back into quilting again in late afternoon, and her view from the window above her quilting frame is of their farm with her husband and sons driving the horse drawn plow through the fields.
