This Trip Around the Stars Amish Quilt measures a large 104 x 115 inches and fits a large King size bed. The Lone Star is a collection of burgundy and blues, accentuated by a creamy white fabric for the top. It is handquilted, and is from Lancaster County PA, and has approximately 6-7 handquilted stitches per inch.
Our Amish quilter has been quilting ever since she can remember, and now supplements her husbands farming income with quilting for others. Living right in the center of Lancaster County PA with her grown children only a buggies ride away, she divides her time between family, her community and serving others. Quilting fills her early morning hours with creativity and color.
