This Star Log Cabin Patchwork Amish Quilt measures approximately 101x114 inches to fit your Queen or King bed. Tan, plum purple and deep mauve are the predominate colors in this classic quilt with the logs surrounding a central shining star giving hope and direction to those who look. Frances M, our Old Order Mennonite Quilter also known as Buggy Mennonite, lives just a few miles up the road from us. She teaches in the one room school house, and quilts in the evenings and summer time, when her school work is done. She has never married, and provdes for herself by these two income sources.
