This Rose Garden Applique Quilt with Border measures 103 x 111 inches to fit your King or Queen bed. Wonderfully handquilted with approximately 6 handquilted stitches per inch, this Rose Garden Amish Quilt shows the love that the Old Order Mennonite and Amish women have for their gardens, often planting rows of flowers between the vegetables to bring in the bees, keep out the bugs and display beauty in their kitchen gardens.
The variety of reds, burgundy and wine colors and purple with lavendars in the smaller roses make these central roses magnificent and they are the focal point of the center of this Quilt. Surrounding the border of the quilt are flowers in blues and navy interlaced with blue leaves and blue vines.
