This Garden Beyond Patchwork Quilt measures 86 x 102 inches to fit your Double bed. Roses on a very light cream fabric - almost white - with a trellis of burgundy. It was quilted by Franklin County Mennonite in central PA. There are approximately 7-8 handquilted stitches per inch.
This quilt was pieced by a Mennonite woman who loves to do sewing and quilting, and the perfectly matched points attest to her skill that has been perfected over decades of patchwork and quilting experience. In the early 1990s, Franklin County PA boasted of having more cows than people, and the love of flowers and things that grow in rural America, are evident in the choice of fabric for this quilt.
