Blending various blue fabrics to create the ornate Doves which represent both peace and constancy, with flowers surrounding them. This Dove Amish Quilt was handquilted, and is from the heart of the Amish and Old Order Mennonites, in Lancaster County PA. There are approximately 7 - 8 handquilted stitches per inch on this Dove Applique Amish Quilt.
