She is a wonderful quilter, stitching beautiful even stitches measuring approximately 9-10 handquilted stitches per inch. Amazing!
The Old Order Amish have small farms and large houses. The farms are small so they can maintain the work with family members and their teams of horses, and their houses are large so they can have large gatherings of family and church members inside. Everything is in order, and there is an appreciation of beauty and simple but bold color in all they do.
