This Blue Sampler Amish Patchwork Queen Size Quilt measures approximately 99" wide x 115" long. On a background ivory, the 20 different patchwork quilt squares have all different designs, creating a wonderful Sampler Quilt. Katie W, our Old Order Mennonite quilter pieced the top for us, creating 20 different classic patterns that she sewed together and combined to make this quilt top. Then her friend Selena P did the hand quilting in her Amish home. Sampler quilts are hard to find, because they take so much time and planning to make each square work with the others. Blue Sampler Amish Patchwork Queen Size Quilt was hand quilted in Selena P home, an Amish quilter who lives just a few miles from us. Selenas beautifully tiny hand quilted stitching measures about 8 stitches per inch.
This Amish Quilt comes with a Level One Certification (click here for more info) stating the name of the quilter.
