The deep navy and other PA Dutch colors make this a stunning and magificent quilt. It was quilted by a Quilting Bee in Lancaster County PA, where friends meet throughout the winter months, and gather and share their lives over patches and stitches, creating a treasure trove of practical beauty. Amish Broken Star Dutch Colors Quilt is signed in embroidery on the back with the quilting bees group name, and you can see it was handquilted with various skills of quilting, from approximately 5 - 7 handquilted stitches per inch. This Amish Quilt is a Level Two Certification quilt (click here for more info). It is from Lancaster County PA. The quilter is unknown.
